The number of reported antisemitic attacks in Germany doubled from 2015 to 2016, according to an annual report on antisemitism.
While in 2015, there were 194 reported antisemitic incidents reported in Germany between January to September, last year that number rose to 461. According to the ministry, this increase is in part due to the refugee crisis and the strengthening of the extreme Right, but also the result of an improvement in the reporting of incidents.
Broj antisemitskih napada u Njemačkoj je dvostruko veći od 2015 na 2016 godinu, rečeno je u godišnjem izvještaju o antisemitizmu. Dok je u 2015. bilo iskazano 194 napada, prošle godine je poraslo na 461.Prema ministrovom mišljenju to je posljedica migrantske krize, jačanja ekstremne desnice ali i poboljšanja u izvještavanju o incidentima.
U Britaniji je čak još dramatilčnije povećanje-ima 62% više antisemitskih incidenata nego u prošloj godini, 75% je vezano uz političke motive ekstremne desnice.
Socijalni mediji nastavljaju biti platforma za govor mržnje i omogućavaju porast antisemtskih izjava- prema izvještaju , oko 40 milijuna korisnika je izloženo antisemitskoj pošti na Twitteru samo u mjesecu listopadu.
U Francuskoj su se napori vlade da suzbiju antisemitizam pokazale uspješnima, ima 65% manje incidenata.
U izvještaju se također navodi da Palestinski rukovodioci nastavljaju sa antisemitskim optužbama i sistematski upotrebljavaju religiju i medije kako bi izazvale mržnju Palesticinaca prema Izraelu i Židovima.
Povećana je antisemitska retorika od strane USA i Europskih političara kao i u lijevim i desnim organizacijama. Posljednja kampanja za predsjedničke izbore u USA je bila glavni katalizator za širenje govora mržnje.
U USA ,u studentskim kampovima se stvara neprijateljska atmosfera i ima 45% više incidenata od strane i profesora i studenata.

Overall, the report concludes, the number of anti-Semitic incidents around the globe has increased, as has the number of incidents on the internet and social media.
“Violent protests against Jewish communities, and harming Jews with the claim that Israel is a bloodthirsty country is a slippery slope that legitimizes anti-Semitism and encourages incitement and the harming of Jews around the world,” the ministry stated.
"This year too we see a dramatic increase in the number of antisemitic attacks and the entrance of antisemitic discourse into politics," said Bennett.
"We must act with great effort to ensure the existence of full, thriving Jewish life in the diaspora.' ..
