11 VRSTA "SUPER" HRANE ZA VAŠE ZDRAVLJE

We've all heard the buzz about "superfoods" in recent years, but do you know how much of them you need to eat to get benefits, or what they actually do for you? Superfoods are usually classed as those high in antioxidants – molecules which prevent oxidization and can prevent damage to healthy cells. But these 11 super-superfoods all have additional benefits, and are tasty to boot!
Svi smo posljednjih godina čuli priče o "superhrani" ali da li znamo koju količinu trebamo jesti da bi imali koristi ili da li znamo što oni zapravo čine za nas. "Superhrana" je zapravo ona hrana koja ima mnogo antioksidanata - molekula koje sprečavaju oksidaciju i tako mogu sprećiti oštećenja zdravih stanica. Ali ovih 11 vrsta hrane imaju i druge blagodati i imaju dobar okus.
