UK football fan arrested for anti-Semitic tweets
Uhapšeni nogomentni navijači zbog antisemitskih ispada
Three men who sent anti-Semitic messages referencing the Holocaust and Adolf Hitler during a Tottenham vs West Ham football match were arrested last week by British police. Detectives launched an investigation after a receiving complaints from Twitter users about the messages,posted during the game on October 6.

As well as the anti-Semitic messages posted during Tottenham's 0-3 home defeat to West Ham, they found a stream of abuse and incitements to violence against Muslims on the page. The accounts have since been suspended.
Tottenham Hotspur has a large Jewish fan base, with many identifying themselves using the word "Yid" - which they consider to be a badge of honour. However, the same 'Y' word is used in a derogatory manner by opposition fans and sometimes also accompanied by hissing sounds referencing gas chambers.
