Adding cinnamon to your coffee will speed up your metabolism - study

A new study finds that adding one ingredient that’s in most kitchens to a cup of coffee can help the body burn more fat and improve metabolism.

Many people forbid anyone from speaking to them before they put a cup of coffee in their body every morning, and almost all of us start the day with one. Happily, drinking coffee has some proven health benefits: Improving memory and alertness, and even contributing to a longer lifespan because it has powerful antioxidants.

But wait, before you rush to make yourself another cup, remember that adding sugar or regular milk lessens coffee’s health benefits.

And, of course, iced coffee, which is mostly sugar and milk, just adds fat to your diet and there aren’t any benefits from the small amount of coffee. 

The conclusion is that drinking coffee can be healthy or not, depending on how you drink it. And just as sugar and artificial flavorings turn coffee into a dessert, some ingredients ensure that your coffee is healthy.

Replace sugar with cinnamon. Scattering a little of this spice in your coffee can greatly help speed up your metabolism. Adding a little cinnamon to a cup of coffee will help your body burn fat faster, according to a new study from the University of Michigan Life Sciences Institute....

In future studies they hope to prove how much people will benefit from foregoing all sugar, sweeteners and flavorings in favor of hot milk and cinnamon.

Dodavanje cimeta u kavu ubrzat će vaš metabolizam 

Nova studija otkriva da dodavanje jednog sastojka koji se nalazi u većini kuhinja u šalicu kave može pomoći tijelu da sagorijeva više masti i poboljša metabolizam.

Mnogi ljudi  gotovo svi dan započinju s jednom šalicom kave .
Na sreću, ispijanje kave ima neke dokazane zdravstvene prednosti: poboljšava pamćenje i budnost, pa čak i doprinosi duljem životnom vijeku jer sadrži snažne anti -oksidanse.

Ali  sjetite se da dodavanje šećera ili običnog mlijeka smanjuje zdravstvene prednosti kave.  I ledena kava, koja se uglavnom sastoji od šećera i mlijeka,  dodaje masnoće vašoj prehrani i nema nikakve koristi od preostale male količine kave.

Zaključak je da ispijanje kave može biti zdravo ili ne, ovisno o tome kako je pijete. I baš kao što šećer i umjetne arome pretvaraju kavu u desert, neki sastojci osiguravaju da vaša kava bude zdrava.

Šećer zamijenite cimetom. Raspršivanje malo ovog začina u kavi može uvelike pomoći ubrzanju metabolizma.  Dodavanje malo cimeta u šalicu kave pomoći će vašem tijelu da brže sagorijeva masnoće, pokazalo je novo istraživanje Instituta za prirodne znanosti Sveučilišta Michigan....

U budućim studijama se  nadaju se da će dokazati koliko će ljudi imati koristi od odustajanja od  šećera, sladila i aroma u korist vrućeg mlijeka i cimeta.
